The company was established in Mumbai in the year 2007 by Mr. Vikas Phalke who has a graduate mechanical engineer and having ship repair and ship building experience since 1998 with known leading companies by name M/s. Shri Mankeshwar Mechanical Works, M/s. Wartsila India Ltd and executed projects like Indian Navy Ship building jobs, Cargo crane pedestals fabrication and installation of LIBBER Cranes on board ships, Cargo holds and hatch cover repairs under classification survey, Dry dock repairs including stern gear survey and repairs.

The company was set up about 14 years ago in Mumbai to cater to the support engineering for Marine and Offshore Industry. All our working procedures are certified by the Classification Societies and thus the clients and projects have been developed and maintained by constantly working towards improvements in all aspects of execution from contract reviews to discussions, execution, QA,QC, safety, training, good house keeping and by adopting no risk safe working practices.Raw Material
Specialised grades of marine grade steels, alloy steels and other non-ferrous alloys are used on the basis of customer's design requirements. The specified materials as required in the technical specifications are sourced from Mumbai or imported.Environment Protection Policy
